I've mislaid/lost my tickets. What can I do?

I am unable to attend, can I get a refund?
We regret tickets cannot be refunded unless in the event of a cancelled performance.
Can I purchase tickets over the telephone?
Yes by telephoning 01241 435800. Payment is taken at the time of booking with no additional charges being made for using this facility.
What happens if I'm late?
If you arrive late for a performance you will be admitted at an appropriate break which may in some cases be the interval.
Can I book concessions / wheelchair tickets online?
In order to provide the best service we ask that all customers seeking to purchase concessions / wheelchair tickets contact the box office on 01241 435800. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that the correct tickets are supplied. Online tickets can be collected from the box office one hour before the performance.
What time do doors open for a performance?
Usually the doors open 30 minutes prior to a performance unless otherwise stated. If more information is required please contact the box office on 01241 435800
Can I take photographs during a performance?
Photography and the recording of events is strictly forbidden.
Can I use my mobile phone in the Theatre?
No. Mobile phones and other hand-held devices must be switched off during the performance.
